Covid-19 Procedures
At Wholistic Health we have implemented a comprehensive COVID-19 control strategy to ensure the health and safety of our clients, staff and the community.
Our clinic is open however in order to ensure a safe working environment, we have employed the following measures:
Increased cleaning and sanitation procedures, including regular disinfection of surfaces such as the reception desk, pens, clip boards and EFTPOS machine.
Temperature checks will be undertaken upon entry.
Provision of hand sanitiser at the front door, in the reception area and throughout the clinic.
We note that it is standard practise for our practitioners to wash their hands before and after each client with disinfectant-based soap, however additional practices we have employed include the disinfection of face and arm rests and massage beds between patients.
We are restricting the number of patients in the clinic at any one time to comply with social distancing requirements.
Extra time between each service has been added to allow cleaning and sterilisation of our treatment rooms, tools and machines.
All staff will be monitored for signs and symptoms of COVID-19.
We ask that our clients adhere to the following:
If you are feeling unwell, have flu like symptoms/fevers or have been in contact with a confirmed COVID case, please reschedule your appointment.
All clients will be asked to complete a COVID-19 declaration form before commencing all treatments.
As part of the Australian Government regulations, we are required to collect the contact information for all clients and must keep this information for at least 28 days to assist with contact tracing, if required.
