Leiah Golden
Homeopath & Director
Leiah Golden has been in homeopathic practice since completing her Bachelor of Health Science in Homeopathy at Endeavor College of Natural Health in 2014.
Whilst completing her degree she gained invaluable experience as practice manager of her father Dr Isaac Golden’s busy homeopathic practice for over 8 years.
Shortly after qualifying, Leiah opened her multidisciplinary health clinic, Wholistic Health Macedon Ranges, which continues to offer homeopathy and other allied health services to clients in Australia and abroad.
With a strong drive to continue her father’s work into the research and development of Homoeoprophylaxis, vaccine damage support plus pre and post vaccine support, Leiah also has interest all areas of hormones and women’s health, nutritional and herbal medicine plus lifestyle techniques, and teaching parents the simple power of homeopathic first aid prescribing in the home.
Leiah is lecturer at the Australasian College of Hahnemannian Homoeopathy, which offers distance education correspondence courses in homoeopathic and natural medicine, which she hopes to expand upon and continue to develop far into the future.
Leiah is also the proud mumma of two beautiful children who love testing out all of her newest homeopathic blends and wife to her very patient husband.
Dr Tian Yin
Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbal Medicine Practitioner
Yuantian Yin (Dr Tian) blends two foundational approaches in practice, the first focusing on the body’s physical structure, using precise adjustments to restore skeletal balance and overall health. The second working with subtle energy, gently guiding the body and mind toward harmony.
With every treatment beginning with a detailed initial assessment, she then adapts the plan as needed — always listening to patients’ feedback and needs.
Tian loves connecting with her patients, helping them understand their bodies, and supporting their wellness journey through acupuncture, herbal medicine, and holistic care. Her special interests include mental health and digestive issues. Seeing profound connections between the two—whether it’s stress disrupting digestion or gut health influencing mood, she also frequently work with insomnia, PMS, chronic fatigue, pain conditions (like migraines or musculoskeletal disorders), and blocked ears (e.g., TMJ or tinnitus).
At the heart of Tian’s practice is a simple principle is to balance.
Too much? We reduce.
Deficient? We tonify.
She strives to help clients follow the rhythm of nature and create a foundation of lasting health through experienced and evidence based acupuncture and Chinese medicine techniques.
Through combining modern and ancient techniques Tian has quickly become one of Melbourne very best specialist in her field and looks forward to helping balance the health and lives to all who need it.
Kate Lambrick
Homeopath & Herbalist
Kate graduated from Southern School of Natural Therapies as a Naturopath and Homeopath in 2002. After practicing for some years she felt driven to further her knowledge and expertise in Homeopathy.
In 2012 she spent 2 years in India and studied a Post Graduate in Homeopathy, where Kate was fortunate to study with some excellent Homeopathic Doctors, studying in a homeopathic hospital in Nagpur where they only use Homeopathy.
More recently Kate completed studied with Ton Jansen who she learned so much about assisting the body to clear negative effects of medications, heavy metals, viruses that remain in the body and so much more becoming an invaluable extra tool she uses in her everyday practice.
With a special interest in working with the emotional origins of ailments and disease in the pathway to healing problematic conditions and chronic illnesses and emotional states including, yet not limited to, women experiencing anxiety and depression and children struggling with anxiety, learning difficulties, ADHD, ASD, behavioural issues or those who are struggling to fit in.
Prior to studying naturopathy and homeopathy, Kates work was within the welfare sector working with children and families. She also have a Graduate Diploma in Counselling.
Kate happily lives by the beautiful SA ocean with her husband and two beautiful dogs, who have also taught her so much about animals and the incredible power of Homeopathy through their own health dramas.
Gabrielle Brodie
Homeopath
Gabrielle has been practicing for over 25 years, in pursuit of health and wellbeing with her approach being balanced and wholistic focused, always putting the person front & centre.
Over the most recent times, personal and collective trauma and how they express themselves in the body have become very much part of the frontline.
Her experience has developed from general & family based practice working extensively with young families, pre-pregnancy, post-partum, babyhood & infancy & beyond whilst growing with her own family of five 2 legged & two 4 legged. She has run homeopathic first aid courses since starting a family in 2000 where homeopathy has always come to the rescue for her and her clients health.
Over years of experience she sees many people who have deeper chronic illness. The approach is always to individualise and work with the person respectfully and collaboratively. Learning and study never stops, she is mentored online, travelling to India for training & professional development.
Her background studies include arts & science with a psychology degree and research at university in the 1980s.
Developing the heart space has been primary from an early age amongst all of this and she has studied and continues practice in some ancient traditions.
Natura sophia: Nature is Alive
During the last few years the garden has been a special field of endeavour. Her pursuits have taken to herbal medicine and growing plants and making teas.
Over the last dozen years she has volunteered to support the Australian Homeopathic Association (AHA), has organised conferences on line & on land Australian workshops. She is a researcher for the Aurum Research Project and presented in London at Homeopathy Research Institute 2019. She is the president of the local Australian Homeopathic Association (AHA) branch and works wholeheartedly to create a worldwide community of well beings and to connect homeopaths.
Kelly Paull
Naturopath
Kelly Paull is a qualified Naturopath and Remedial therapist. Her Naturopathic evaluation and prescribing focus on the individual holistically cohering to natural laws attaining ‘the whole is greater than the sum of its parts’.
With well thought out prescriptions entailing dietary and lifestyle recommendations, herbal and nutritional medicine, flower essences, tissue salts and Celloids.
Kelly completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) in 2014 and a Diploma in Remedial therapy in 2018 in which she incorporates dry needling and cupping in remedial treatments.
Kelly is dedicated to continue her on-going research in the field of medicine and is currently completing a post-graduate in Human Nutrition at Deakin University.
Her special interest is in mental health and neurological conditions, namely; Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Peripartum depression, Motor Neuron Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Eating Disorders, Anorexia, Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease.

Tessa Lamy
Naturopath
Tessa is a qualified Naturopath with a bachelor's degree of Health Sciences ( Naturopathy). She has over ten years of experience within the health industry, including clinical practice and facilitating educational and hands on workshops for local councils, gyms and community centre.
Tessa as a mother herself has a passion & focus on supporting mums through all the different stages of motherhood, especially post-partum when mums need extra care and support whilst finding their feet as new mums.
Tessa's passion lies in supporting mums in the areas of stress and anxiety, mood and energy support.
In consultation, Tessa is known for her nurturing and supportive approach. A combination of the latest research in natural medicine with traditional healing wisdom is used to uncover obstacles to health.
Tessa brings a wealth of knowledge from multiple fileds including a decade of nannying, disability support and aged care. This varied knowledge enables Tessa to provide assistance to a large scope of clientele.

Fiona is an experienced Lomi Lomi Body worker, Yoga instructor and wellness retreat facilitator.
Completing her yoga course in Byron yoga school in 2015 and Ancient Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage course in 2020 her passion for wellness is reflected in her work as a Holistic Healing of the Ancient Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage supporting patients physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically.
Fiona has practiced yoga for over 20 years and became an official Hatha yoga teacher in 2015. Her love for yoga is the teachings in philosophy and how it supports our wellbeing on our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. Her intention is to inspires others to live a life of self-love, to treat the body as a temple, nourish every cell in the body, mind and soul through nourishing foods and conscious thoughts!
She believes in the wisdom that we are all light energy and strives to maintain balance in all that she does, keeping it real and inviting all individuals to explore their own true expression through her treatments.
Fiona enjoys sharing her knowledge of balance through food, movement, and stillness and the understanding of what we eat, what we think and how we physically treat our bodies and minds, influences our vibrational energy, our mood, and our hormones. And that together all these aspects influence our lives, including our relationships with others and most importantly the relationship with ourselves.

Kacey Baines has been a valued member of the Wholistic Health Macedon Ranges team for the past seven years, serving as both Clinic Administrator and Dispensary Assistant.
In her dual role, Kacey brings a warm and organized presence to the clinic, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and supporting both practitioners and clients with dedication and care.
Over the years, Kacey has developed a deep appreciation for natural and wholistic health. Immersed in the clinic’s nurturing environment, she has embraced a wide range of wholistic practices and philosophies, integrating them into her own lifestyle and that of her family. Her personal journey in natural health has further enriched her understanding and passion for the field.
Kacey thrives on being able to assist the clinic’s practitioners, taking pride in contributing to the wellbeing of the community. Her role in the dispensary allows her to stay engaged with the latest in natural medicine and health products, which she enthusiastically shares with clients. Her attention to detail and calm, supportive nature make her an essential part of the team.
Outside the clinic, Kacey leads an active and balanced life. She starts most mornings with a refreshing walk, enjoys regular Pilates sessions, and loves spending holidays camping and boating. Family time is especially important to her, and she cherishes adventures with her husband, their two children, and their beloved cavoodle, Millie.
Kacey’s commitment to wholistic living and her genuine care for others are reflected in everything she does. Whether she’s helping a practitioner prepare for a consultation or offering a kind word to a client, Kacey plays a vital role in making Wholistic Health Macedon Ranges a warm and welcoming place for all.
Amanda Kula

Amanda Kula is passionate about health, healing and helping others.
Amanda has been an integral part of the Wholistic Health team for the past five years, working as an administrator and serving as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for clients. With a deep commitment to exceptional customer service, Amanda takes pride in creating a welcoming environment where every client feels seen, heard, and supported.
Her dedication to natural wellness goes far beyond the front desk. Amanda lives and breathes the wholistic lifestyle, using homeopathy not only for herself but also for her 15-year-old son—and even her beloved menagerie of animals. Whether it's dispensing carefully selected homeopathic or herbal remedies, or sharing her own experiences, Amanda brings genuine passion and personal insight to everything she does.
A strong advocate for healthy living, Amanda enjoys yoga, exercise, healthy eating, travel and spending time outdoors. She lives on a picturesque 20-acre property in the beautiful Macedon Ranges, where she finds balance and inspiration surrounded by nature. One of her greatest joys is riding her horse through the peaceful countryside, soaking in the beauty and calm it brings.
