If you are feeling emotionally stuck, in pain, or overwhelmed with anxiety, grief or despair then counseling may help. Sometimes finding the right solution to your issues can resolve crises while at other times needing to be listened to is more important. To have a sense of yourself reflected back can be so illuminating and empowering.

In your sessions at the clinic, we will encourage and support you by being very present, listening intently in a non-judgmental and inquisitive manner. Allowing you to feel understood and for you to make sense of your own circumstances, to grow in understanding your requirements. Our strengths do not nurture but force us to extend ourselves, whereas it is our limitations which teach us to recognize what it is
within ourselves that needs to be taken care of.

By learning to be more in the moment, more accepting of what is going on around you, will help you make the most of your opportunities at hand, poised ready for what you have before you rather than seeking things beyond reach. This is not about limiting your potential but recognizing your present strengths and making the most of these.
